Tenova LOI Thermprocess and Tenova Italimpianti, brands of the Tenova Group, provide industrial furnace systems for heat treatment and metal reheating, respectively.

Being a driver in the transformation of the metals industry towards decarbonization and sustainability, Tenova implements proven thermoprocessing solutions and focus on the development and implementation of fossil-free annealing technologies, especially hydrogen, as well as electrical heating capabilities in new plants and revamps.

Mobile Gas Mixing Station

Tenova LOI Thermprocess Mobile Gas Mixing Station

Tenova LOI Thermprocess has developed a dedicated mobile natural gas/hydrogen mixing station to facilitate the flexible supply of natural gas/H2 mixtures and offers plant operators the opportunity to carry out trials on different furnace & burner types on a production scale. The station is equipped with advanced process control for long-term monitoring to assure complete and sophisticated assessment. The station exhibited at booth 10 A59 has recently been used to test annealing processes in a plant for serial production and is available to all our customers.

H2ready Burners

At Tenova, our plans foresee expanding our current combustion systems to incorporate green hydrogen firing to demonstrate our innovative H2ready combustion technology.

Tenova’s portfolio of burners represents the most advanced solution in industrial burners. It includes H2ready, flameless combustion, regenerative and recuperative technology providing state-of-the-art performance in terms of excellent combustion efficiency and reducing CO₂ and NO_x emissions.

The Tenova TSHQ burner is exhibited at booth 10 A59. This burner is H2ready and optimized for use in bell-type annealing furnaces.

TenovaLAB

TenovaLAB is an innovative testing facility for the development of highly efficient and low-emission combustion systems. Located at Tenova’s Castellanza headquarters, this pioneering lab features four furnaces able to simulate the atmosphere and the operating conditions of industrial plants, while integrating automation and digital technologies into combustion systems to reduce fuel consumption, CO₂, and NOx emissions.
