We manufacture our rope wire according to national and international standards (EN 10264-2 as well as DIN 2078/EN/ISO/AF). We offer all wire products in dimensions 0.2 - 5.25 mm and with the surfaces listed below.

Iron wire.
Iron wires, unlike spring steel wires, are cold-formed. More precisely, an iron wire is drawn from a non-heat-treated wire rod. However, these wires can also be heat treated before, after or between cold forming
Standards: EN 10016-2/EN 10025 wires, DIN 1654/2 + 4/EN 10263-2 + 4 shrub grades and DIN 17115 chain grades.

Iron wires.
In contrast to spring steel wires, iron wires are cold drawn. To be more precisely, iron wire is drawn from a heat untreated wire rod. These wires can be heat treated before, after or during the cold forming process.
Standards: Low-Carbon-Wires EN 10016-2/EN 10025, Compression qualities DIN 1654/2 + 4/EN 10263-2 + 4 and Chain qualities DIN 17115.
