Mec 3000

The cutting machine Mec 3000 is suitable for cutting up to 3-metre long tubes. The machine offers excellent performances even with stainless steel tubes; the blade diameter from min. ø250 mm to max. ø315 mm makes it possible to straight cut workpieces having a diameter between 12 mm and 100 mm.

X 120 CNC

The circular saw cutting machine X 120 CNC is an automated machine designed to cut tubes using a saw blade: it is supplied with the user-friendly LogiBarre optimisation software which is intended to speed up the calculation times and to reduce scrap material. This cutting machine manufactured by Simec is the only machine designed to mitre cut tubes in lengths with a + and - 60° angle as the cutting head is mounted on the rotating saw blade.

Set up in 1987, Simec is an Italian company based in the Veneto region which specialises in the manufacture of circular saw cutting machines for tubes and bars made of steel and light alloys. Simec cutting machines are manufactured following a well defined and controlled process. Each machine is the result of several years' experience in cutting processes, continuous training of staff, updates and focus on Industry 4.0, as well as technological innovation.
