Dosing units
Our sophisticated and robust dosing units form the core our PLASTICOLOR system. They are available in four different sizes, each with an output ranging from 70 g/h to 4,800 kg/h.
These units are designed and used for the dosing of granular, free flowing and non-sticky materials, such as masterbatch, regrind materials, virgin materials and PVC dry blends. They cover all extrusion, blow-moulding and injection moulding manufacturing processes. Depending on the requirements, our dosing units can either be used individually or as a complete solution (Colour change systems, Dosing stations, Volumetric mixing stations, Gravimetric mixing stations).

Mixing stations
In our mixing stations, all materials – including the main material – are fed via a dosing unit. A standard mixing station consists of between two and eight dosing units. Special designs with more than eight components can be easily realised thanks to the modular structure. The PLASTICOLOR system also facilitates an easy and inexpensive expansion of existing mixing stations or a conversion from volumetric to gravimetric operation.

PPM II Net Interface
The PPM II Net Interface is the smart interface of your dosing station for everything you want.
Thanks to the PPM II Net Interface, you can call up and analyze process data from anywhere, e.g. using a tablet. This enables you, for example, to use just one operator terminal for all production systems. In addition, the PPM Net Interface enables the connection via all common bus systems

The robust and sophisticated dosing unit PLASTICOLOR 1500 from WOYWOD now comes with a very useful and valuable additional function: the automatic cleaning device.
Significant time that you currently need for time-consuming material changes can be used for other purposes.
How it works:
The automatic cleaning device represents the highest level of automation in the area of dosing technology.
On command, the dosing unit is emptied via pneumatic slides and the use of compressed air. Then all components of the dosing unit are cleaned using a sophisticated control algorithm. After that, the dosing unit only has to be filled again.

by fully automatic discharging and cleaning of the dosing unit
