INDUCTION WELDING
Elestar produces and installs systems for longitudinal high-frequency welding of pipes derived from cold-rolled or hot-rolled steel strips.
The adequate positioning of the heating inductor and the versatility of the profiling line make it possible to produce a wide range of pipes and profiles welded at a very high speed.
The quality of the products and the continuous search for new solutions also make it possible to weld aluminium, ferritic and austenitic stainless steel, copper and brass tubes.
Induction welding uses alternating currents generated by high power circuits. The range of frequencies used is between a few hundred Hz up to 2 MHz.

Elestar is a company founded in 1995 that designs, manufactures, markets and installs industrial induction heating systems for metals all over the world.
