Surface & Geometry Defect Detector (SI4100-LP)
The SI4100-LP will capture, analyze and judge every square millimeter of your product. It is the most thorough method of detecting surface flaws available. The SI4100-LP system provides pictures of your profile as well as laser-accurate dimensional measurements of selected features. Lump Neckdown Diameter Defect Detector (LN2400)
The Lump and Neck-Down Inspector is the only tool that can provide images of your lumps and neck-downs on: cable jacket, pipe or tube. This is critical in assessing whether a measured diameter variation is in fact a defect and whether action must be taken. Your technical staff won’t have to rewind miles of product to try to locate a defect. They can use Taymer’s image viewing software to analyze and diagnose any detected defects.

The Length Rite 1200 high accuracy large OD length meter will help you reduce costs in your production facilities by providing you with the most accurate cable length measurement in the industry.
The advanced control system for the Length Rite 1200 cable length measuring device allows operators to digitally input other cable length measuring equipment (such as a marker) to ensure uniformity of results. Operators also have up to two cable length measurement presets as well as a customizable output.
When used with marker with an electronic control system, this length measuring device can provide length counter information for printing on your product, ensuring the highest accuracy on print for your customers.
