TALKATOR – NEXT GENERATION series (world's first)
RS AirStreamTechnology, which avoids expensive brush solutions in most applications, but still provides very good coating results.
The powdering is done by 1-2 AST powder guns connected to up to two jet pumps. The newly developed coating technology RS AirStreamTechnology is able to achieve a very fine and even coating on the product at production speeds of up to 100 m/min, even without electrostatics.
The TALKATOR NG DR (drum roll) is used in the powdering of rubber molded parts or within the granule production. Very good and fine coatings are achieved. As with the PBA/RSC/RSC NG, which has been successful for many years, the use of the newly developed RS filter system ensures a dust-free powdering.
There are cost advantages in your production, since the system can be integrated online into the continuous manufacturing process. Time-consuming manual powdering processes are no longer necessary.

RS POWDERTECH Powder coating machine - model RSC-NG (ROLF SCHLICHT COATING – NEXT GENERATION)
Since March 2019 ROLF SCHLICHT GmbH has been supplying a new version of the RS POWDERTECH machine, type RSC-NG. This machine is the result of a consistent further development of the precursor machines - from the Talk-O-Mat till today. The new development of the electrostatics and the filter system have succeeded in further simplifying the machine, reducing consumption, reducing costs and further improving the well-known powdering quality.
The modular system allows customization for the specific application.
We also provide service, spare parts, testing, maintenance, retrofitting and refurbishment.

HUESTIS Air wipes and cable strippers
Huestis Industrial air wipes used in the cable, wire and hose industry, i. e. behind the cooling bath for drying of extrudates. They are quiet, highly efficient and have paid for themselves in a short time, because the compressed air consumption is very low due to a special nozzle design.
Their design is based on the maximum utilization of the compressed air used. By means of Venturi effect additional ambient air is sucked in, which amplifies the drying effect and leads to low air consumption.
Due to the special construction of the housing and distribution of the high speed jets the noise emission is minimized.
The air wipes are available from 3 mm diameter up to 178 mm diameter. Special sizes and rectangular nozzles are available.
Due to their small size, they can easily be installed in any cooling section. The nozzles are mounted in stainless steel holders with snap fasteners. The compressed air connection is provided with a quick coupling.
For the passage of knots, thickenings, splicing, etc., the nozzles open independently, so that damages will be avoided.
HUESTIS Cable strippers
Huestis Industrial cable strippers are devices for stripping resp. skinning of cables and wires with core resp. conductor diameters from 0.8 to 100 mm. In many cases, the recovery of a cable drum is enough to make the machine pay for itself.
How it works
A hardened steel stripper foot sized closely to the core diameter separates the jacket from the core. The steel saw blade rides in a closed groove in the foot. Only the protective foot has contact with the core and makes a damage of it impossible.
Furthermore a combined puller-chopper (JPC) for the cut jacket is available. This cuts the jacket to pieces of abt. 200 to 300 mm length.

RS MULTICUT Caterpillar– type RB-NG
Robustly designed, easy-to-access caterpillar, type RB-NG, for a consistent and smooth pull at low and high speed. Manually / motor-adjustable caterpillar belts for different belt or contact lengths against a mechanical stop ensure that the product is not deformed during transport. By means of the precise LTi / Lenze control and motors the most different take-off speeds can be optimally adjusted:
State-of-the-art control, with quick-release belts without tools, state-of-the-art drive technology with servo direct drives, comprehensive product range with caterpillar belts of 50-200 mm width, belt or contact lengths of 250/600/1000 mm as well as special versions, special equipment according to customer requirements such as wet cutting, special material guides, measuring and detection systems, slot devices, etc.
Commissioning devices for the quick and automatic removal of cut parts in drip pans, containers, cartons or bags.

TALKATOR – NEXT GENERATION series (world's first)
TALKATOR and TALK-O-MAT were the first two own machine lines from ROLF SCHLICHT GmbH, which founded the worldwide success of the machines in the 1960s and 1980s.
Based on the simplicity of these old machines, we have developed two new, attractive products that are used in different areas and complement the RS POWDERTECH powder coating machine series.
TALKATOR NG SPC series for low speed powdering processes in the cable or rubber industry with low or medium requirements for the coating quality. Fixed powder chamber, RS AirStreamTechnology (1-2 pistols). Special machines are not available.
TALKATOR NG DR (drum roll) for powdering of small parts or granules with medium to high requirements for the coating quality. Fixed powder chamber, no e-statics (1-2 nozzles). Special machines are not available.
Apart from our own brands RS POWDERTECH and RS MULTICUT, a wide range of machines for the rubber and plastics industry from various well-known manufacturers is offered.
