Crosslinkable Polyethylene Compounds for Low Voltage Cable Insulation
Our moisture-crosslinkable polyethylene compounds are available for a wide variety of end-use applications. APXLP12 and APXLP13 have become the globally preferred insulation for power cable. APXLP12BC is ideal choice for Self-supporting aerial cable. APXLP-insulated cables have a rated maximum conductor temperature of 90°C and an emergency rating of up to 140 °C. These compounds feature outstanding long term performance with superior strength, toughness, and resistance to heat, chemicals, abrasion and creep. APXLP compounds offer the best of crosslinked polyethylene with the ease of processing found in thermoplastics. APXLP compounds are well-suited for most processing techniques and post-curable by steam.
Polyethylene Compounds for Jacking of Communication & Power Cables
Polymer compounds base on high density polyethylene or liner low density polyethylene, to be used as insulation or sheathing in wire and cable industries. APJAC grads is ideal choice for power cables sheathing and APINS grads is suitable for use as insulating and sheathing for telecommunication cables. These products meets the applicable requirements IEC 60502-ST7، IEC 60840، IEC 60708 و ASTM D1248 when processed using extrusion practice and testing procedure.
Halogen Free Flame Retardant Compounds (HFFR)
We, at Abhar polymer compounds, offer halogen free flame retardant (HFFR) solutions which meet a number of industry standards. Our proprietary APLS compounds exhibit reduced heat release and smoke generation, and produce no corrosive gas emissions. These reduced hazard materials decrease the risk to health and life as well as secondary fire damage to equipment and installations.
