CB1 and CB2 series are cold rolling lines fed by coils of wire rod which integrates wire reducing, profiling, straightening and cutting to length. Machine produces bundles of smooth or ribbed bars of max. 12 meters aligned. The operating speed is up to 5 meters/second, depending on the model and wire reduction.
CB machine has been designed in accordance with the concepts of reliability, friendly use and simple set-up. Engineering and production process combine strength, standard reliable components. All the models can be equipped with additional rolling cassette to get maximum reduction on the section of 49%. Available models to produce bars from Ø 4,0 mm up to Ø 16,0 mm.
CC is a cold rolling line starting from coils of hot rod wire that integrates wire reducing, profiling and coiling of ribbed or smooth wire for reinforcement purposes. Available models with 2, 3 or 4 reduction steps. Machines have vertical capstans and can be provided with vertical, horizontal take-up axis spool or for higher productivity, the vertical spooler “swap system” to limit downtimes.
CC have been designed and manufactured in accordance with the concepts of strength and reliability: single framed machine, vertical capstans with hardened steel rings and cooled shaft, safety covers, soundproof and dust barrier. Operator panel integrates function of meter counter and possibility to produce conical or regular spools automatically.
MCC is the range of automatic welded mesh plants totally fed by coils of wire, addressed to the production either of panels or coils of standard or variable pitch and lightweight meshes. MCC machines integrates the high-dynamic straightener for the cross wire feeder, automatic controlled and set-up by the touch screen operator panel. MCC machines features are regular operation speed, flexible configuration, wide range of meshes and output type of product.
MCC are modular lines, which can be configured with different specifications as per number of line wires, welding units, stacker, coiler, rolling table or turner device on demand. The engineering of the plant has worked out considering all tooling and maintenance requirements, simplifying intervention procedures and limiting downtimes.
