wire India 2024 - German Pavilion – Registration now possible!

A few weeks ago we sent you the option forms for the joint company participation in wire India 2024, which will take place from November 27th to 29th, 2024 at the NESCO exhibition center in Mumbai, India.

The reduced participation prices for the German Pavilion have now been approved by the BMWK (Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action).

We would therefore like to draw your attention to the registration deadline on May 8th, 2024.

Registrations received later can no longer be considered.

This is new: From now on you can only register online for your participation in the German Pavilion!

That is how it works:

1. First register and accredit yourself here: https://registration.german-pavilion.com/
   This step is only necessary once and is valid for all future trade fair participations.
2. After your accreditation has been activated (1-2 working days), you can now register online for your trade fair participation in the foreign trade fair program.
3. If you have already registered, please log in directly using the above link and register your area.

Participation prices in the German Pavilion are as follows:

€ 300.00/sqm with stand construction
€ 290.00/sqm without stand construction

The registration fee per exhibitor is: €483.80.

Please note the special conditions for sub-exhibitors:

BMWK sub-exhibitor fee: €500.00 plus show organizer fee per sub-exhibitor: €696.20 plus registration fee per sub-exhibitor: €483.80.

The minimum stand size is 9 sqm and from a size of 50 sqm you can also build your own stand construction concept as a self-builder. Registrations from subsidiaries of German companies with an address in India are also possible in the German Pavilion.

After your registration has been approved, you will automatically receive a registration confirmation. Admission takes place after the minimum number of participants of 10 companies has been reached and after admission a free withdrawal is no longer possible.
The floor planning will take place after the registration deadline and please note that approval does not give rise to a claim to a specific size or location of the stand.
If you have any wishes regarding your placement, please let us know in a separate email and we will of course try to take this into account if possible.
