Our facilities, representing Tosyalı Group iron and steel production strength in Türkiye, play a leading role in the industry with their high-technology-based infrastructure, wide product range, strong production capacities, and sustainability vision.
Tosyalı Yapı Çelik, which was established in 1991 with a 250,000 tonnes/year capacity bar steel rolling mill, currently operates in the Hatay Dörtyol Industrial Zone. As a result of the modernization and capacity expansion investments carried out in 2006, the facility’s annual production capacity increased to 400,000 tonnes. The plant produces ribbed reinforcing bars in the Ø8–32 mm range.
Tosyalı Metalurji, which commenced operations in 2010, carries out its operations in the Osmaniye Organized Industrial Zone. With an annual crude steel production capacity of 2 million tonnes, the facility is capable of producing 6,000 tonnes of liquid steel per day using the world’s first telescopic-type electric arc furnace. Through its integrated rolling mill investment, it can also produce 5,000 tonnes of ribbed reinforcing bars in the Ø8–Ø40 mm range per day. With its advanced technologies, high employment capacity, and strong sense of environmental responsibility, Tosyalı Metalurji both enhances Türkiye’s competitiveness in the global iron and steel sector and contributes to our sustainable growth vision.
Tosyalı Filmaşin ve İnşaat Demiri Plant, whose foundation was laid in 2012 in the Osmaniye Organized Industrial Zone and which began production in August 2014, has an annual production capacity of 700,000 tonnes. The facility is capable of producing wire rod in the Ø5.5–25 mm range, reinforcing bars in the Ø8–32 mm range, and rebar in coils in the Ø8–16 mm range. As Türkiye’s first facility equipped with the Twin Module Block (TMB) system, it delivers production with low ovality and high surface quality, and in addition to its ability to produce in a wide range of grades and standards, it also features Türkiye’s longest conveyor line.
The wire rod plant, operating under Tosyalı Demir Çelik - an integrated steelmaking complex with an annual liquid steel capacity of 4 million tonnes - has an annual production capacity of 600,000 tonnes. With this facility further expanding the long products portfolio, Tosyalı’s consolidated wire rod capacity in Türkiye has reached 1.3 million tonnes.
