Long-lasting corrosion protection thanks to new epoxy coatings
DENSO Group Germany - known for its various corrosion protection systems - is adding four high-performance epoxy coatings to its range:
Under the FORTIDE® brand, it offers durable corrosion protection for a wide range of applications that meet the increasing demands of pipeline construction.
FORTIDE®-HT, for example, is ideally suited for use at the highest operating temperatures of up to +150 °C. Other product variants are especially suitable for damp surfaces or as internal coatings for tanks or pipelines. All FORTIDE® products comply with the international standard ISO 21809-3.
Product solutions for a wide range of applications
FORTIDE® variants are suitable as whole-pipe coatings, for pipeline rehabilitation, for application at welded joints or for complex geometries. They are characterized by outstanding coating hardness and excellent indentation strength. One working step is sufficient to apply them as brush or spray coatings, even in high layer thicknesses. They are also free of volatile solvents and isocyanates.
