We are currently developing a new semi-automatic mesh welding machine, designed as a practical and cost-efficient solution for manufacturers entering or expanding mesh production.
Unlike conventional semi-automatic systems, where line wires are manually fed directly to the welding electrodes, this machine introduces an integrated feeding unit. Line wires are inserted into a feeding unit, and with a simple command, the system automatically positions them into the welding zone.
After the initial welding step, the process continues with a step-by-step mesh advancement system, while the feeding unit returns to its starting position. This allows the operator to prepare the next set of line wires simultaneously, significantly improving workflow continuity and overall efficiency.
Although not intended to replace high-speed automatic lines, this machine offers an excellent balance between investment cost, production speed, and product quality. It represents a strong and reliable solution for companies looking for a competitive and scalable entry into mesh production.
The machine will be completed shortly after Wire Düsseldorf 2026.
