Electric rolling technology and further innovations from a global market leader

At the international trade fair TUBE 2026 in Düsseldorf, Davi will present its latest developments in plate rolling and angle rolling technology. The focus of this year’s exhibition will be on the fully electric four-roll plate rolling machine MCE e-POWER. Additional highlights include the iRoll eXtreme machine control system, the camera-based AI-Vision measuring system, and the complete range of profile bending machines.

 

 

Fully electric rolling technology sets new standards in efficiency and precision

With the new and globally unique MCE e-POWER, Davi introduces a fully electric four-roll plate rolling machine designed to deliver maximum efficiency, precision, and repeatability in plate rolling applications. The machine concept allows up to nine axes to be moved simultaneously and independently, each driven by its own servomotor and actuator.

 

The MCE e-POWER is also equipped with Davi’s latest CNC control system, iRoll eXtreme, enabling positioning accuracy up to twenty times higher than standard machines. The AI-based laser measuring system AI-Vision captures thousands of data points during the rolling process and optimizes material handling through autonomous correction actions.

With its innovative design concept and advanced system components, the MCE e-POWER series sets new benchmarks in efficiency and precision in plate rolling.

 

 

Davi profile rolling machines for a wide range of industrial applications

Davi’s profile rolling machines (Angle Rolls) are also of particular interest to TUBE visitors. The MCP series is designed for a wide range of applications, from standard profiles to heavy beams and complex geometries. The machine concept is based on three driven rolls, powered by synchronized hydraulic drives to ensure high torque and smooth material feeding.

 

A 3D guiding system ensures precise positioning of the profiles throughout the entire rolling process. In addition, traction assistance enables the rolling of I-,  U-, and H-profiles along the hard axis.

 

Davi’s profile rolling machines are particularly suited for applications in structural steel fabrication, plant and equipment engineering, the energy sector, as well as architectural and offshore applications. Typical use cases include bending of beams, pipes, rings, spirals, and complex custom geometries.
