COMAX's double acquisition in 2025

In 2025, to expand the portfolio, COMAX company acquired 2 foreign companies engaged in the manufacture and processing of steel profiles: the German KBS-Rohr Handelsges. mbH, which supplies partners in Germany with precision, stainless steel, and seamless pipes, and the Italian Cogi S.r.l., a manufacturer of steel components for dry construction, supports for suspended ceilings, and structures for plasterboard partitions.
