ASC400-TP: PAY-OFF FOR STRIPS WITH SAFETY PERIMETER GUARDS, CAPACITY 400 KG.

Our range of pay-off expands with the new ASC400-TP, designed for metal strips up to 400 Kg.

Its main strengths are the full compliance with safety regulations and its compact design.

In fact, it takes up even less space than an equivalent pay-off without safety perimeter guards.

The safety perimeter guards are only 140 mm away from the moving parts, whereas a pay-off without guards requires wide restricted areas for the operator during the operation.

The large door does not interfere with spool loading or line setup, and thanks to advanced safety electronics, the strip can be unwound even with the door open, at a reduced and controlled speed (certified SLS function).

Another advantage is the ease of moving the pay-off, without the need to remove the safety perimeter guards.

• Maximum strip width: 80 mm

• Strip exit to the right or, upon request, on both sides
