ALBROMET exhibits at the TUBE 2026 trade fair in Düsseldorf

Tube bending is a manufacturing process that is used in many industries. It is a cold forming process and therefore has its own specific requirements and opportunities. ALBROMET will be exhibiting its wide range of tools for tube bending with mandrels at the Tube 2026 trade fair in Hall 5 Stand F15. This includes fixed mandrels, link mandrels, crease smoothers (strippers), bending rolls and bending dies. This includes optimum material selection, proven design, coating to meet requirements and expert advice on design.

Mandrel bending is primarily used when thin-walled pipes, small bending radii or high-strength materials are to be bent. The mandrel supports the tube in the forming area from the inside, thereby preventing typical bending defects such as ovalization, wrinkling or cracks. The wall thickness distribution in the bending area is optimized and the surface quality on the inside and outside of the tube is improved at the same time. With its range of bending mandrels and folding straighteners, whether made of high-strength aluminium bronze, stable tool steels with an optimized coating or high-performance plastics, ALBROMET offers the solution for almost any bending task. This includes not only tubes made of copper or brass, but also aluminum, titanium or stainless steel.

At the same time, the ALBROMET team at the trade fair stand will be offering expert initial advice on the semi-finished product range of aluminum bronzes and high-strength copper alloys in a wide variety of formats and qualities. This ranges from round rods and tubes from a diameter of 8 mm to plates and customer-specific rings as cast and wrought alloys. ALBROMET always keeps an eye on current developments on the market and, with its strategic warehousing, is a reliable partner for long-term supply relationships and call-off orders.
