FCF3 - FCL3: Automatic loading system for MC54 setting and testing machines MC54

The new MC54-1000 and MC54-2000 machines can be equipped only with the FCL3 or also with the FCF3 loading system. These innovative solutions offer many advantages:

FCF3 is an automatic feeding system for compression springs that uses a practical sliding plate system to align the springs on a conveyor belt with two horizontal rows, which can then be picked up by the grippers of the FCL3 and positioned on the rotary table of our MC54 family of setting and testing machines.
The system is able to guarantee high productivity and is characterized by the following features:

• Great flexibility:possibility to load springs of different sizes with small adjustments, without the need for special mechanics.
• Ergonomics / dimensions: the line is very compact, fully developed at eye level and easily accessible.
• Low energy consumption:minimized compressed air consumption (used only for the gripper); handling is done by controlled motors.
• Noise:very quiet compared to vibratory feeding systems.

This system is compatible with the MC54-1000, MC54-2000 and MC54-4000 models.
