DIGIFORCE® from burster is the name people trust when they need comprehensive monitoring of press-fit, joining, riveting and calking processes or torque characteristics. The DIGIFORCE® 9306 and 9310 are being used successfully in innumerable applications worldwide, whether as an individual process-control system or as multichannel monitoring equipment.
Now burster is raising the bar in process-monitoring and production-control even higher with DIGIFORCE®. The new DIGIFORCE® 9307 is based on past application experience and sets new standards. With the new DIGIFORCE® 9307, burster has developed a high-end universal controller based on a more powerful hardware and software architecture. It combines the strengths of the 9306 with even more versatile evaluation functions and new measuring routines. Intuitive operation using clear, graphics-based menu tools guides users quickly to their objective. Precise control of joining, riveting and caulking processes or curve-monitoring functions is still one of its core strengths, while new options in the fields of torque measurement and haptics testing, universal signal testing, leak detection and many others expand the range of applications enormously.
Evaluation is a major focus of the new DIGIFORCE® 9307. At a glance, the user gets not just a global result, but also detailed OK/NOK evaluations of the process status. Thanks to new graphical evaluation elements such as thresholds, trapeziums, windows, envelopes and additional user-configurable mathematical operations, it is possible to achieve precise monitoring of process curves. A range of informative diagnostic pages enables sophisticated process analysis.
The DIGIFORCE® 9307 fits perfectly into every process environment. Programmable I/Os, independent measurement start/stop mechanisms and a powerful Fieldbus interface via Profibus or Ethernet-based Fieldbus protocols enable rapid and reliable implementation.
The process controller achieves an accuracy class of 0.05 for strain gauges and analog process signals. The DIGIFORCE® 9307 can also record and evaluate two synchronous processes with its intelligent sampling, which can use a combination of variables Δt, ΔX and ΔY. Even production processes with a high component variance are handled as easily and reliably as usual by the DIGIFORCE® 9307. Up to 128 measurement programs can be selected and conveniently managed. An internal memory provides storage space for a range of measurement curves for reference purposes. In addition to supporting analog sensor interfaces for strain gauges, potentiometers, piezoelectric signals, DC process signals and others, the DIGIFORCE® 9307 also supports high-resolution incremental systems and absolute encoders with SSI or EnDAt 2.2 output signals.
