Utilising the tried and tested Edacon gold plated Hemaphroditic contacts, normally reserved for hi-rel applications, only one housing style is required reducing inventory overheads. The four gas-tight mating surfaces provide a top quality yet highly cost-effective interconnect product.

Various contact types including PC-board solder pins, wire wrap and crimp allow assembly as inline, or board mounting variations utilising the same housing.

Two and three way housings are available as well as a clip for securing the connector pair and panel fixing.

The contacts are capable of carrying a current of 8.5 amps yet with a contact resistance of maximum 6 milliohms.
