Confex Service

Confex Technology have since 1993 specialised in Continuous Rotary Extrusion systems.

Confex offer after sales technical support and supply of spare parts, tooling including extrusion wheels, feed plates, abutments, etc. and extrusion dies. Complete new lines are also offered by our machine building partners Meltech who we have worked with for many years.

We have our own purpose built offices and warehouse based in Poole, Dorset, UK. Here we hold a large stock of spares, tooling and dies. Here we also carry out refurbishment and assembly of items such as extrusion shoes, clamp assemblies and head frame assemblies.

Confex offers a comprehensive service and support package for CRE machines supplied by all other manufacturers including those of Outokumpu Holton (Holton Machinery), BWE and Chinese suppliers. We also carry out conversion of our competitors CRE machines to our extrusion system to achieve improved productivity and quality at much lower operating costs.
