Extruders of Seamless Pipe, Tube, Shapes

Nu-Tech proudly extrudes, at our plant in Canada, our seamless pipe, tube, shapes, bars and fittings in specialty materials including all grades of titanium, zirconium, copper, high purity aluminum, niobium, specialty steels etc for use in aerospace, nuclear, glass coating, sub-sea, chemical, mining and other applications. Backing tubes and rotatable sputtering tubes are our specialty! Our extrusion process for producing bi-metal combinations such as titanium clad copper ensures a metallurgical bond between the two (or three) materials. Our quality designations such as AS9100 for aerospace and various nuclear certifications ensure our products meet your exacting requirements. Our tubular products range in size from approx. 1.5" OD (30 mm) up to 14" OD (350 mm) and our extruded shapes must fit within a 12" (305 mm) circle size. On site equipment processes include centerless grinding, honing, straightening, (hot stretch straightening for shapes), pickling, heat treating, annealing, end machining, boring etc. Our in house commercial electron beam welding services perform repairs to your existing product or new production. Certified  non-destructive technicians can perform any required testing including ultrasonic, liquid penetrant, eddy current etc that your project may require.
