Marking and surface control

DVS provides Vision Systems for many different tasks. We offer solutions for marking control on all types of cable including ribbon cable. Color check and surface control are also part of the program as is monitoring the stranding process and parameters.

Surface control is a main focus of ours. Flat metallic parts, deep drawed or stamped, but also round (endless) products like pipes, axes or cable again, are, if needed high speed, in line checked.

We like to face the challenge of complex and difficult tasks, where standard solutions are insufficient.
