ITG Induktionsanlagen GmbH as an independent member of the Systec Group of companies manufacture a range of induction heating machines. From the conception of a customer's specification to the final implementation in the classic range of applications, ITG Induktionsanlagen GmbH offer a worldwide reliable and competent service of our machines.

In association with the Systec Group, ITG Induktionsanlagen GmbH can manufacture and demonstrate, on almost all the range of induction heating applications, installations exactly to the customer’s request, whether half or fully automatic. Our diverse range extends from hardening, tempering and quench and temper machines, melting, billet heating, heat shrinking to coating and special purpose machines. We can also refurbish, rebuild and modernise existing installations.

At the moment, ITG Induktionsanlagen GmbH has approx. 85 employees.

Of course we are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001.

ITG Induktionsanlagen GmbH offers their customers a wide range of applications in the versatile area of induction heating. The product range of ITG Induktionsanlagen GmbH includes the construction of equipments for hardening, tempering and melting as well as the associated components as static frequency converter, coils/inductors, recooling units and also the worldwide service and the sale of spare parts. For the design and projection of the equipments, our qualified and motivated personal is at your service in all areas.

One core business of ITG Induktionsanlagen GmbH is the development, planning and the construction of static frequency converters in transistor technique (IGBT) in the frequency range of 50 Hz to 350 kHz and a power of only few Kilowatts up to several Megawatts. Because of the enormously flexible working area and the very good conduction at the mains, our converters are able to output maximum power to the most various loads. With this it is possible to realize almost every application requirement. By means of innovative and highly developed technology ITG Induktionsanlagen GmbH succeeded to reduce the electronics amount basically to only one electronic card.
