Barbed wires are mostly used for security. Barbed wires are produced from galvanized wires. They are resistant to corrosion and oxidation. We have two main type of barbed wires. These are metric and non-metric barbed wires. In our standard production we make 250m and 125m rolls.

Hard Drawn Bright Wires are mostly used for nail manufactury, welded mesh manufactury and coating applications. We can produce low carbon and high carbon of products according to the customer request.

Copper Coated Wires are mostly used for condanser wires behind the refrigerators or dish washing machines. Copper coated wires has a good surface quality so that these producs can also be used for metallic or plastic coating applications too.

Hot Dip Galvanized Wires are produced by dipping the Low Carbon or High Carbon Bright Wires into the hot zinc pool after some cleaning processes. The aim of the galvanizing is to protect the wires against the oxidizing to postpone the service life of the wires for many years. Hot dip galvanized wires are used for the production of many consumer products such as chain link fences, panel fences, gabions, barbed wires, razor blade wires, coat hangers, pvc coated wires etc. or they can directly be used for hanging the grapes in the vineyards.

In 2010 we have purchased a new continuous galvanizing line from the Belgium F.I.B. company who is one of the best & famous galvanizing line manufacturer in the World. Today we are capable of making commercial and heavy galvanization between 30 – 300 gr/m2 for 1.80 – 5.00mm diameter of wires according to the world standards.

Black Annealed Wires are mostly preferred for binding the rebar’s in the constructions. In our production we give attention for the ideal softness and coil weights of the annealed wires. The mostly preferred diameters are 1.30mm and coil weight of 25 kg where it can be easily handled by a worker.

Oily Bale Wires are used for to bale the recycled pets, papers and cartons by a pressing machine. The The tensile strength is between 350-500 N/mm2. Our standart products are 3.00 – 3.20 – 3.40 – 4.00mm diameter. Concerning the customer request we can make the coils in 40-600kg range. For the small rolls we make 45-50kg on pallet. Each pallet weights 2000kg.
