With Numalliance, a leading engineering company, we offer CNC wire forming machines with diameters from 1,00 mm to 16,00 mm.
Further processes such as upsetting, pressing, tapping and welding are optional.
The Shinko Machinery Co. Ltd. is an established specialist in the spring production. The production potential of different machine series cover extension, compression, torsion and double torsion springs made of wire, in diameters from 0.02 mm to 12,00 mm.
In combination with Kamatech Srl., an Italian supplier of spring grinding machines for finishing the spring with lengths up to 800 mm and outside diameters up to 200 mm, we can give a comprehensive service to our clients of the spring making industry.
Further applications beyond the program of these partners are provided in cooperation with the Schmale Maschinenbau GmbH, a German manufacturing systems engineering expert. The processing of wire, strip, tube and sheet with different standard and customized processes is daily business.
