About Us

Domeks Makine has been established in last of 2002 for manufacturing of cable machines. Although Domeks Makine has manufactured some kind of cable machines in its first year, especially has focused on production of full automatic coiling lines and PVC Compounding machine. In result of this aim Domeks Makine produce Coilmatik 280 for coiling of mono wire cables and PVC compounding machine named “Granulator 600” at early of 2003. After success of these machines Domeks Makine have been develops Coilmatik 400 for multi wire cables, Reelmatik 350 for round and flat type cables and Doublematik 400 for automatic spool winding and coiling in same line.
To can answer the high productivity of cable manufactures in these days, Turkey – based company Domeks Makine has developed two new cable packing lines with names Quadromatik and Speedmatik. Also in production range is added fully automatic spool or coil to pallet stacking unit named Paletmatik 1200, which can operate with three different types of pallets.

PRODUCTS:
Speedmatik 240 is double head automatic packing line developed for high speed coiling of 2 - 6 mm cable diameter with shrink film. Line speed can reach from 5 up to 7 coils per minute for 100 meters cable length on coil.
Available Cable Types:
1. Flexible insulated single wire cable with cross section from 0,75mm2 up to 6mm2,
2. Rigid or multi standed insulated single wire cable with cross section from 1,5mm2 up to 6mm2

Quadromatik 400 is double head automatic packing line for high speed coiling or spool winding of single wire and multi core cables with diameter 2,5 up to 12mm with shrink film. Line speed of Quadromatik 400 is up to 5 coil or 3.5 spools per minute for 100 cable length on coil or spool.

o Flexible and rigid insulated single wire with cross section from 1.5 mm2 up to 6 mm2
o Flexible or Rigid multi core cable with cross section from 2 x 0,75 mm2 up to 4 x 2,5mm2
2. For Spool

o Flexible or Rigid multi core cable with cross section from 2 x 0,75 mm2 up to 4 x 2,5mm2

Reelmatik 350D is double head spool packing line developed for spooling of round or flat type cables with diameter from 2,5 - 5mm up to 14mm. Realmatik 350D line speed is up to 4 spools per minute for 100m cable length on spool.

1. Flexible and rigid insulated single wire with cross section from 1.5 mm2 up to 6 mm2
2. Flexible or Rigid multi core cable with cross section from 2 x 0,75 mm2 up to 4 x 2,5mm2
3. Flat twin and earth cross section from 2 x 1+1 mm2 up to 2 x 4 +2,5 mm2

Coilmatik 280 is single head packing line for coiling of single wire insulated cable with shrink. Line speed of Coilmatik 280 is from 3 up to 4 coils per minute for 100 meters cable length on coil.
Available Cable Types:
1. Flexible insulated wire with cross section from 0,75mm2 up to 6mm2 - HO5V-K type
2. Solid insulated wire with cross section from 1,5mm2 up to 6mm2 - HO7V-U
3. Multi stranded insulated wire cross section from 1,5mm2 up to 6mm2 - HO7V-R

Coilmatik 400 is single head packing line developed for coiling and shrinking of multi core cables with diameters from 3mm up to 14mm. Line speed of Coilmatik 400 is from 2 up to 3 coils per minute for 100 meters cable length on coil.

Available Cable Types:
1. Rigid, flexible or multi stranded insulated single wire coiling with cross section from 1,5mm2 up to 16mm2
2. Flexible or rigid multi core cable coiling with section from 2 x 0,75mm2 up to 4 x 4mm2

Doublematik 400 is single head packing line for coiling or spool winding without need of changing any mechanical parts when passing from coiling to spool winding mode. Doublematik 400 can package cables with diameter from 5 - 15mm on coil or spool with line speed of 2 - 3 coils per minute or 1,8 spools per minute for 100 meters cable length on each.

Available Cable Types:
1. Multi- core rigid conductor type cables with diameter from 5mm up to 12mm.
2. Multi -core flexible cords with diameter from 5mm up to 15mm
3. Flat twin and earth type cables with cross section from 2 x 1+1 mm2 up to 2 x 4+2,5 mm2

Paletmatik 1200 - Automatic palletiser for stacking of coils or spools. Paletmatik 1200 line consist of: Automatic pallet feeding unit with availability of tree different types of pallets (Euro Paller 120x80, 110x110 and 100x120), Automatic coil, spool or grouped coil stacker unit and Pallet stretch wrapping unit. Paletmarik 1200 can handle with up to 7 packs per minute.
