- The AlumGreen process is based on a completely new approach for providing long-life metallic coatings. The protective coating is applied continuously, while the wire passes through a coating chamber filled with aluminum melt. This means that during the coating process the wire does not have any contact with rollers and passes through in a straight line without bends or kinks.

The result: An even coating layer over the total circumference of the wire

- The core of this innovative plant is the coating unit with the melt vat and an enclosed coating chamber. This makes it possible to apply the corrosion protection layers with an enclosed melt surface and to maintain a constant level of the aluminum melt.

International patent application as well as European patent application has been filed for this technology. The AlumGreen process is protected by copyright law and patented. An initial production plant is currently being constructed in Germany.
